14-Day Return Window

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Return

Email us at info@nocturnecraft.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, unaltered)
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale
• We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
